Susan Gibson

As a native of Waynesboro, Virginia, and the beautiful Shenandoah Valley, I have extensive knowledge of Augusta County, Staunton, and Waynesboro areas.  As co-owner of L & S Construction Company, I have a thorough understanding of the building process – from the purchase of the land/lot through the completion of the project.

With ten years of experience and as an Associate Broker and Graduate of the REALTOR® Institute, I have gained the skills and expertise necessary to provide a professional representation to either a buyer or seller. As an agent with Valley Real Estate Brokers, I have the backing and support of a locally-owned, regional, real estate company that is part of a well-established land development company, all of which complement my ability to meet the client’s needs.

During my real estate career, I have had the pleasure of serving the real estate needs of a large number of individuals and families locating in our area. I have also guided many first-time buyers through their home buying process, and I have represented numerous real estate investors.  I have also worked with foreclosure properties, on both the buying and selling side.
