Paul Baker

I have been an active, full-time agent in the real estate markets of Rockbridge and Augusta Counties for 30 years. During that time, I have been deeply involved in the development and the sale of many communities, including Wheatlan, Rolling Run, Woods at Union Run, and, most recently, The Ponds.

Of my noteworthy accomplishments is the sale of Short Hill Mountain, a continuous 4,803 acres located in both Botetourt and Rockbridge Counties. My knowledge of the market and the use of computer technology enabled me to sell a farm in Rockbridge County, priced at $499,000, to a person in Europe who never physically saw the property.

I am currently serving on the Board of Directors for the Lexignton/Buena Vista/Rockbridge Board of REALTORS®.

As a Supervising Broker I train and advise new agents and work closely with them to ensure a successful real estate career. Valley Real Estate Brokers is committed to the development and growth of new agents. My wife, Judy, a native of Buena Vista, and I have two sons and four grandchildren.
