Beth Carpenter

I am originally from the Buffalo, New York area.  I received my Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Studies from Gannon University in Erie, Pennsylvania, and later completed my M.B.A. at St. Bonaventure University specializing in Marketing and Finance. Working for some of the largest engineering companies led me throughout the United States managing and marketing multi-million dollar environmental and engineering projects.  In addition I worked for a division of Westinghouse serving as a Principal Project Manager at a large nuclear demonstration site for eight years.

After enduring several long winters in Western New York, my husband and I decided it was time for a change.  We found many opportunities and loved the natural beauty of the Shenandoah Valley so decided to relocate in 2002.   At that point, I also decided it was time for a new career.  I decided to turn my once hobby of real estate into a full-time career.  I started with my full-time real estate career in 2003 and quickly became a top- producing agent in the Central Virginia area. My love for the business and working with people produces energy and excitement that I find easily absorbed by my clients.

I have over eight years of experience in real estate sales in addition to several years’ experience in construction and marketing.  I obtained my real estate broker license in 2010 and have recently been assigned to lead new home sales for our company, starting at our newest subdivision, Overlook, in Stuarts Draft, Virginia.
